Angela Laughter
Angela Laughter is a lifelong student of wellness, theology, and the garden soil beneath her feet. She’s the founder of Slow Faith—a movement rooted in the belief that a gentler, more intentional pace creates space to hear God’s voice and spark deep healing.
Angela is on a mission to remind women of the sacred agency they hold—the power to begin restoring their health, homes, and spirits through mindful, faith-filled choices.
A Duke-trained Health & Wellness Coach, Angela returned to school to study theology at Emory after earning her undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech. She and her husband, John, have four sons: one in high school, one in college, and two grown. Angela and John are active members of the Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta, Georgia.
