Caroline Leftwich
Caroline works in wellness technology, building product experiences that support healthier and more meaningful lives. In and out of work, she’s passionate about creating tools and spaces that help people feel more grounded, nourished, and connected. These small, thoughtful choices bring joy, peace, and light to everyday life.
Caroline is especially inspired by the idea of restoring wholeness (particularly for women and children) at the intersection of nutrition, inherent dignity and joyful living. Healing begins when we treat the body as something sacred, worthy and deeply connected to the health of our communities.
Through volunteering and community engagement, she’s seen how vital it is to surround people with the right care: nourishing food, steady support and systems rooted in compassion. Wellness—and that joy, beauty, belonging—should be accessible to all. She also supports nutritional security: everyone deserves access to food that heals, not just any food at all. She is passionate about learning how to influence systemic change through food systems, community well-being, and creative, human-centered approaches to public health.
Caroline lives in Atlanta and finds joy in cooking, baking, movement, and spending time with loved ones. Her motivation is simple but powerful: to create more joy, peace, and delight in her own life and in the lives of others.
